Refund Policy

Universal Global Services Ltd provides a transparent refund policy for ChangelogForge subscriptions purchased online.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason and receive a refund of the amount paid. For digital content or services supplied immediately, this right is lost only where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Pro-rata refunds

After the 14-day period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period if we materially fail to provide the purchased functionality and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the reason for your request. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds through the original payment method, typically within ten business days.

4. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension. If a payment error occurred, contact us first and we will resolve it quickly.
